FAQs for the Fuji Xerox Graduate Associate Program
Q. How many positions are available in the Program?
A. Fuji Xerox will be hiring graduates into around 20 to 25 positions across their business.
Q. What will the recruitment process involve?
A. The recruitment process will include 2-3 rounds of assessment / interviews. Northeast Quadrant will conduct the first stage interviews, with subsequent interviews conducted by Fuji Xerox Managers.
Q. When will I be contacted regarding the success of my application?
A. All candidates who register online will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that their details have been uploaded.
Successful applicants will be contacted by Northeast Quadrant directly throughout August and September.
Unfortunately due to the anticipated number of applications we will not be able to contact unsuccessful applicants.
Q. What is the application closing date?
A. Applications close August 29th 2010.
Q. What is the starting date for the Program?
A. The Program will commence in early 2011.
Q. Where are the positions located?
A. Positions are located in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
Q. If I completed my degree earlier than 2009, am I still eligible to apply?
A. The positions available in the Program are entry-level roles. If you have more than one year experience you would typically surpass this level and should be ready for your next role.
Q. I completed my Masters degree at the end of 2009/2010, am I still eligible to apply?
A. The short answer is yes. However, if you gained career-related work experience between completing your undergraduate degree and post-graduate degree, your experience level surpasses the requirements for a graduate position in the Program.

Q. I am currently on a student/bridging/temporary visa, am I eligible to apply?
A. Unfortunately we can only consider candidates who have permanent working rights in Australia.
Q. I am based in Queensland, can I be considered for positions based in Brisbane as well as Sydney?
A. Yes, candidates may be considered for positions based interstate. However, should those candidates progress to interview for interstate positions, they will need to cover their own travel expenses.
Q. I did not achieve a credit average in my degree, am I still eligible to apply?
A. You may still apply for the Program, but will need to demonstrate very strong skills in all other criteria areas, e.g. leadership, teamwork, initiative etc to be considered.
