Industry: IT & Telecommunications > System Architecture

Outstanding opportunity to join Global Technology Giant as a future leader! Build your IT and consulting skills through an exceptional environment that provides training and development!

Our client is a globally renowned Technology leader, with substantial operations in Australia. They have a reputation for excellence and innovation, and with this in mind they attract and hire only top-flight performers who are committed to advancing their careers.

With planning in place to hire and develop their future leaders, they are currently seeking recent IT graduates to join their Sydney based operations in their Professional Services division.

As Junior IT Consultant you will work in a supportive team environment alongside experienced managers who will actively challenge and engage you. Your responsibilities will range from being involved in applications development and programming to meeting with real clients on site to assist in the business analyst phase. This will see you work collaboratively with your clients to develop a clear understanding of their needs and come up with the best possible solutions for their business.

You will be technically proficient and enjoy building your skills in IT, particularly architecture and software. However, you will also enjoy communicating and working with end-users and have keen analytical abilities. You will be logical, but not afraid to 'think outside the square' when tackling difficult problems.

If this is you and you'd like to be considered for these outstanding opportunities, you will need to demonstrate a balance of the following skills and attributes:

  • Recent completion of a relevant degree in IT and/or Business with up to 12 months experience, and a minimum credit average
  • Outstanding and proven achievements in leadership, creativity and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to get on well with a diverse range of people
  • Very good time management and organisational skills, an excellent eye for detail, and plenty of initiative
  • Willingness to be challenged to continuously improve
  • An interest in technology
  • Full working rights in Australia at the time of application (candidates without permanent working rights at the time of application will not be considered)
